SMVD Poly Pack Recovers ₹47.67 Crore Insurance, Sues Oriental Insurance for Shortfall

Company disclosed surveyor-assessed fire loss at Rs 5,359.14 lacs, against which it realized Rs 4,767.24 lacs from Oriental Insurance, leaving a shortfall, and said it has filed a suit in Calcutta High Court for short payment of the claim.
