Q1 FY27 Consolidated Results YoY: Revenue at 1278 Cr vs 852 Cr, up 50.0%. EBITDA at 130 Cr vs 73.3 Cr, up 76.8%. EBITDA Margin at 10.1% vs 8.6%, expansion of 150bps. PAT at 50.8 Cr vs 13.6 Cr, up 273.5%. Real estate segment was the key driver at +60.9% YoY while contractual and manufacturing grew 5.9%. Board approved issuance of NCDs up to ₹1,000 Cr on private placement basis.
