Som Distilleries Board To Consider Preferential Convertible Warrants Issue

Board meeting on 5 September 2026 will consider issuing convertible equity warrants or shares to promoters, promoter group and other investors on a preferential basis, subject to approvals. The board will also finalize AGM details, annual report approval and the record date or book closure period.
