Somany Ceramics Board Approves ₹75.8 Crore Investments in Three Ventures

Board approved investment of up to Rs 58.80 crore for 49% stake in a JV to set up ~9 million sqm glazed vitrified tile capacity for Southern market; up to Rs 2 crore for 50% in Nepal JV for construction chemicals; and Rs 15 crore in subsidiary for plant modernisation.
