Spectrum Electrical Industries Board Approves ₹325 Crore Preferential Allotment

Board approved a preferential issue of up to 13.73 lakh equity shares and 2.49 lakh warrants at Rs 2,002 each, aggregating up to Rs 325 Cr. Allottees include Valuequest, HDFC Mutual Fund, Minosha India, and promoter Deepak Chaudhari (warrants). EGM to be held on August 20, 2026.
