Spice Lounge Food Works Appoints New CFO After Paritala Resigns

CFO Ravi Kumar Paritala resigned effective 6 August 2026 citing personal reasons, while stating he will continue associating with the company. Spice Lounge appointed Chartered Accountant P.S. Phaninder Nath as CFO and KMP, effective immediately; he has held senior finance roles at Vivimed Labs, GSS Infotech and Clariant India.
