Steel Strips Wheels Approves ₹1,500 Crore Borrowing Limit Increase

Board approved, subject to shareholder approval, increasing borrowing limits from ₹2,000 crore to ₹3,500 crore and creating security over assets. Dheeraj Garg and Sanjay Garg were proposed for reappointment as directors, while Vineet Aggarwal became Executive Director (Operations) and Amit Kumar Sharma Vice-President (Personnel & Administration).
