Steelman Telecom Approves ₹19.77 Crore Preferential Warrants Issue

Steelman Telecom approved 28,23,800 fully convertible warrants at Rs. 70 each, aggregating Rs. 19.77 crore, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Promoters will receive 15,73,800 warrants and a non-promoter investor 12,50,000; conversion is permitted within 18 months, with 25% payable upfront.
