Stellant Securities Board Approves ₹99 Crore Preferential Issue To Promoters And Public

Board approved increase in authorized share capital from Rs 7 Cr to Rs 17 Cr, and preferential issue of 3,48,837 warrants to promoters/relatives (Rs 21 Cr) and 12,99,143 equity shares to non-promoters (Rs 78.2 Cr), each at Rs 602 per share (face value Rs 10).
