Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy Files AUD 28 Million Arbitration Against Shell

SWSAPL, a step-down subsidiary, commenced arbitration against Shell New Energies Australia under LCIA Rules. It claims up to AUD 28.0M and USD 1.64M in damages plus interest and costs under EPC and O&M contracts for the Gangarri Solar Farm.
