Q1 FY27 Consolidated Results YoY: Revenue at 392 Cr vs 199 Cr, up 97.3%. EBITDA at 43.9 Cr vs 21.8 Cr, up 100.9%. EBITDA Margin at 11.2% vs 11.0%, expansion of 20bps. PAT at 36.9 Cr vs 18.3 Cr, up 101.8%. Gaming revenue grew 123.1% and segment result rose 142.9%, while HFT revenue fell 93.7% and swung to a segment loss of 4.8 Cr from a profit of 1.6 Cr. Board approved a fundraise of up to 1,000 Cr through equity and other eligible securities, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
