Super Spinning Mills leased 4.01 acres at Hindupur to Kyungshin Industrial Motherson for 10 years from May 2027 on built-to-suit basis for 1.93-acre facility, expecting long-term rental income; to receive Rs 85.9 lakh interest-free refundable deposit.
