Suven Life Sciences To Invest USD 100 Million In Singapore Subsidiary

Board approved allotment of 1.85 Cr equity shares on conversion of warrants at Rs 134/share, raising Rs 249 Cr. Board also approved incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary Suven Neurosciences Pte. Ltd. in Singapore with investment of USD 100 Mn for clinical-stage neuroscience development.
