Suvidhaa Infoserve Board Approves ₹12 Crore Rights Equity Issue

Board approved fundraise via rights issue of up to Rs 12 Cr (Rs 1200 Lakhs) to eligible shareholders, subject to regulatory approvals. Board also noted regulatory fines of Rs 11,800 each from BSE and NSE for non-compliance with listing regulations; fines paid and compliance monitoring mechanism to be strengthened.
