Swadeshi Industries Appoints Nitinkumar Sharma As Chief Executive Officer

The company appointed Nitinkumar Radheshyam Sharma as Chief Executive Officer and KMP effective August 12, 2026, citing experience in business development, strategy, profitability management, budgeting, retail and industrial relations. It also appointed technology executive Rajeev Ranjan Sarkari as Additional Independent Director until the next AGM.
