Swastik Pipes Settles Hero FinCorp Loan Via OTS Amid Wider Restructuring

Swastik Pipe completed a one-time settlement with Hero FinCorp, closing its loan account with a no-dues certificate dated Sept. 9, 2026 received Sept. 16. The settlement follows May 22 agreement. Company continues bilateral OTS/restructuring discussions with all remaining lenders.
