Board approved increase in authorised capital to ₹30 Cr, and acquisition of 100% of Tekfoods International and Samridh Overseas Trading via share swap for total consideration ~₹237 Cr, issuing 2.42 Cr shares at ₹98/share. Both targets are in food business; Samridh FY25 turnover ₹150 Cr. EGM on Aug 1.
