Tata Chemicals Secures Over 500,000-Tonne North American Soda Ash Contracts

TCNA won court-approved acquisition of SVM’s North American soda ash customer contracts exceeding 0.5 million metric tons through December 2028 for USD 21.16 million. Contracts are expected to be serviced from September 2026, subject to closing conditions, strengthening Tata Chemicals’ domestic US customer portfolio.
