Tata Consultancy Services Secures €1.25 Billion Porsche Strategic Deal

Porsche has executed a five-year €1.25 billion strategic deal with TCS and acquired subsidiary MHP, covering AI industrialisation, automotive technology services and software-defined mobility. The sizeable, long-term engagement strengthens TCS’s automotive and AI positioning, though revenue timing begins after acquisition closing.
