TechIndia Nirman Faces SEBI Forensic Audit Covering Six Financial Years

SEBI has appointed CNK & Associates LLP to conduct a forensic audit of Techindia Nirman’s books and records for FY2020-21 through FY2025-26, covering matters specified in SEBI’s communication. The company will fully cooperate but cannot comment further pending completion of the audit.
