Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Announces ₹1,465 Crore GRT Jewellers Takeover Bid

GRT Jewellers agreed to acquire 74.12% of TBZ from promoters for up to ₹1,033.7 crore at ₹209 per share and launched a mandatory open offer for the remaining 25.88% at ₹249.61 per share, worth up to ₹431.1 crore. Subject to CCI and lenders’ approvals, GRT will become promoter.
