Tusaldah Ltd Promoters Announce 26% Open Offer At Rs20 Per Share

Sandeep and Anupriya Agrawal announced open offer for 37.83 lakh shares (26% expanded capital) of Tusaldah at Rs 20 per share worth Rs 7.57 crore. Triggered by board-approved preferential issue of shares and warrants linked to acquisition of Tusaldah Ventures, taking acquirers' stake to 52.87% diluted.
