Varroc Engineering Takes 45 Percent Stake In Forsee Power Joint Venture

Varroc will form a joint venture with France's Forsee Power for EV battery-pack solutions in India, acquiring 45% in Forsee Power India with management and operational control plus OCPRS subscription, initially for three-wheelers expanding to two-wheelers, LCVs, buses, trucks and industrial vehicles, subject to approvals.
