Veefin Solutions Signs ₹30 Crore Intra-Group Business Transfer Agreement

Infini Systems entered into a related-party, arm’s-length slump-sale agreement to transfer its business undertaking to subsidiary Nityo Tech for ₹30 crore, expected to complete by 30 September 2026. The undertaking contributed ₹8.91 crore revenue, or 2.58% of Veefin’s FY26 consolidated revenue; management expects no impact on Veefin’s financials.
