Board approved raising up to Rs 70 Cr via rights issue, increase in authorized share capital from Rs 7.5 Cr to Rs 77.5 Cr. Approved reclassification of entire promoter group to public category, subject to approvals. Postal ballot to be conducted for shareholder approvals.
