Venmax Advances Hatri Pharma Merger As NCLT Orders Shareholder Meeting

NCLT Hyderabad allowed the first-stage amalgamation application, dispensing with creditor and Hatri Pharma shareholder meetings and directing Venmax to convene its equity shareholder meeting on October 24, 2026. The proposed scheme merges Hatri Pharma into Venmax on a going-concern basis with a 1:1 share-exchange ratio, subject to further approvals.
