Viceroy Hotels Board Approves ₹107 Crore Rights Issue for Public Shareholders

Board approved fundraise of up to Rs 107 Cr via rights issue of equity shares to existing shareholders (excluding promoter and promoter group). Authorised a Rights Issue Committee to decide issue terms, price, ratio, record date, and to finalise the Draft Letter of Offer.
