Vision Infra Equipment Solutions Allots ₹25 Crore Secured NCDs

The Finance Committee approved a private placement of ₹25 crore in secured, rated, listed NCDs: ₹10 crore Series I with 48-month tenure and ₹15 crore Series II with 38 months and 24 days. Both carry an 11.5% coupon and are secured by exclusive charges over identified fixed assets.
