VXL Instruments Receives NCLT Approval For ₹7 Crore Resolution Plan

NCLT Mumbai on Sept 9, 2026 approved Rs 7cr resolution plan by NG Organics-Nitin Patel consortium for VXL Instruments. Existing equity cancelled; new promoters get 95% (70 lakh shares), public 5%. All past liabilities extinguished; Rs 6.5cr for creditors.
