Zee Entertainment Approves ₹3,143 Crore Warrant Issue to Promoter Entity

Board approved preferential issue of up to 24.9 Cr convertible warrants to promoter group entity Sunbright Mauritius Investments at Rs 126/warrant (~Rs 3,144 Cr), representing up to 20% diluted equity, at a 16.3% premium to closing price. Also approved ESOP 2026 of up to 3.74 Cr options at Rs 126 each.
