Adani Energy Solutions Acquires Smart Metering Firm IntelliSmart For ₹3,050 Crore

Q1 FY27 Consolidated Results YoY: Revenue at 9711 Cr vs 6819 Cr, up 42.4%. EBITDA at 3178 Cr vs 2017 Cr, up 57.6%. EBITDA Margin at 32.7% vs 29.6%, expansion of 310bps. PAT at 1237 Cr vs 539 Cr, up 129.5%. Energy Solutions Platform segment was the key driver surging to 1907 Cr from 210 Cr, while Distribution was relatively flat at +4.8% YoY. Board noted execution of agreement to acquire 100% stake in IntelliSmart Infrastructure for 3050 Cr.
