Advent Hotels Finalises ₹504 Crore Joint Venture With Prestige Estates

Advent Hotels International sold a 50% stake in its subsidiary ACHIL to Prestige Estates for Rs. 504 Crores, forming a joint venture to develop a strategic land parcel in Sahar, Mumbai. The transaction monetizes the asset while retaining 50% interest.
