Anant Raj Board Approves Composite Scheme To List Data Centre Business

Board approved composite scheme to merge Anant Raj Cloud into ARL and demerge the data centre business into Ashok Cloud Private Limited, with a 1:1 share swap. Ashok Cloud to be listed. Existing shareholders to receive one Ashok Cloud share for every ARL share held. Subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
