Anant Raj Board Approves Demerger Creating Two Independent Listed Companies

Anant Raj Limited’s board approved a composite scheme to demerge its data centre and cloud business into Ashok Cloud Private Limited, which will be listed separately. Shareholders will receive one share of Ashok Cloud for every Anant Raj share held. The move aims to unlock shareholder value, subject to regulatory approvals.
