Astral Board Approves Demerger Of Chemicals Business Into Astral Chemie

Astral Limited approved a composite scheme to demerge its Chemicals Business (21% of FY26 turnover) into subsidiary Astral Chemie, which will be listed. Shareholders receive 1:1 shares in the new entity. Al-Aziz Plastics will merge into Astral.
