Astral Board Initiates Independent Review of Demerger Scheme And Appoints Advisor

Board decided to undertake an independent review of the previously approved Composite Scheme of Arrangement following stakeholder feedback. It will appoint a big four firm as external advisor to provide recommendations within 30 days. Final decision on the scheme is pending.
