Cresanto Global Board Approves ₹20 Crore Promoter Related Party Transaction Cap

Board approved material related party transactions with four promoter/promoter group directors (Urmila Hansraj Sharma, Hitesh Bajoria, Nishant Nathmal Bajaj, Prashant Nathmal Bajaj) up to Rs 5 crore each, for a period from conclusion of AGM in FY 26-27 to AGM in FY 27-28, in normal course of business.
