Cresanto Global Board Approves ₹35 Crore Related Party Transaction Cap

Board approved shifting registered office from Uttar Pradesh to Maharashtra, subject to shareholder approval. Approved related party transactions with Cresanto India Pvt Ltd (up to 20 Cr), Cresanto Industries LLP (7.5 Cr), and Koriander Consultants LLP (7.5 Cr). Also appointed internal auditor and fixed AGM dates.
