Allotted up to 15,000 senior secured listed rated NCDs of Rs10,000 each aggregating Rs15 crore on private placement. Tenure 30 months to May 2029 with 13% annual coupon paid monthly, principal in six equal instalments from month 25, secured by 110% receivables cover.
