Dar Credit Approves ₹50 Crore Secured NCD Issue Via Private Placement

Finance Management Committee on Sept 22, 2026 approved issuance of rated, listed, secured, redeemable non-convertible debentures up to Rs 50 crore in tranches via private placement on NSE, within existing borrowing limits; coupon, tenure and security to be disclosed at allotment.
