JSW Energy Secures APTEL Dismissal Of MSEDCL Appeal

APTEL dismissed MSEDCL’s appeal against the December 2025 MERC order that rejected MSEDCL’s bid to quash JSW Energy’s invoices and allowed the company’s petition. APTEL also rejected MSEDCL’s request to seek review before MERC, strengthening JSW Energy’s position in the dispute.
