JSW Energy Signs 920 MW Hydropower JV Agreement In Bhutan

JSW Neo Energy signed an agreement with Bhutan’s Druk Green Power to jointly develop the 920 MW Punatsangchhu-III run-of-river hydro project on a BOOT basis. JSW will hold 49% through a Bhutanese JV and initially contribute BTN 245 million; the project is its first power-generation venture outside India.
