Share India Securities Approves ₹125 Crore NCD Issue At 10.30 Percent

Finance Committee on Oct 26 approved private placement of up to 1,25,000 listed secured NCDs of Rs10,000 each aggregating up to Rs125cr including Rs50cr green shoe, 10.30% annual coupon payable monthly, tenure up to 21 months 5 days, 1.15x cover, to list on BSE WDM.
