Share India Securities Approves ₹75 Crore Secured NCD Issue

Finance Committee approved issuance of up to ₹75 crore of listed, rated and secured NCDs through private placement, including a ₹25 crore green shoe option. The debentures will carry a 10.50% annual coupon, payable monthly, mature in up to 18 months and 18 days, and are proposed for BSE WDM listing.
