Voltas signed a binding term sheet with Atomberg Innovation to establish a joint venture manufacturing energy-efficient room-AC compressors and parts in India. Voltas will be the anchor customer and Atomberg the technology partner; the transaction remains subject to due diligence, definitive agreements and approvals.
